Order Policies
*** We will be closed for our Christmas break from Wednesday 25th December and will re-open on Tuesday 7th January ***
Please read our below policies before ordering.
As always, if you have any questions you can call or live chat us. We always do our best to be as helpful and flexible as possible and appreciate your support.
- For Same Day and Next Day we ask that you order from our 'Florist Choice' flower options and selected bundles found HERE. If you are looking for something specific then get in touch and we will do our best to help.
- If there is no answer, if we can not leave with a neighbour, we will leave the flowers in the safest place possible and put a card through their letter box explaining where we have left the delivery.
- We may have a cut off time for same day delivery. This will be displayed on the home page each day. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but will always do our best to meet your requirements. Please note during our busiest periods Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day we can't guarantee morning/afternoon delivery.
- Funeral Flowers you can call us on 01245 467319 to discuss your requirements or you can order online.
- Unfortunately we do not deliver to: Hospitals or Workplaces and Flats that don't have easy access such as the Town Centre and the Burgess Springs development as they have restricted parking/cameras. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
- Cancellations for fresh flower orders (excluding bespoke funeral designs and wedding orders), we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your order. For cancellations of non perishable items, please provide 24 hours notice. We cannot process cancellations if the order is being created or has been dispatched.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, we require you to contact us within 24 hours of it being delivered for us to be able to consider a replacement/refund and collect the arrangement you're not satisfied with. This is due to the perishable nature of the products we sell.
